How selection works for this post

PPSC holds a one-paper MCQ test of 100 marks in 90 minutes. For Lecturer posts the paper is about 80% subject-specific questions and about 20% General Knowledge. There is negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer. Candidates who qualify are called for interview.
